Ok, I will go throught the 3 step procedure.

1st step: download redsnow to you drive.

2nd step: Put you iPod into DVU (i think that's what its called =P) mode.

3d step: Run redsno0w.exe and let it do everything for you.

and thats it , thats how you a jailbreak and iPod without losing all of your stuff.
